Dear all,
We are 7 weeks away from the Hong Kong Jamboree 2010. I hope you have began to prepare yourself for this HK Jamb from 26 Dec to 2 Jan as well as our Singapore Jamb100 from 4-9 Dec 2010.
Do note that I need you to complete and update me on the following submission (if you have not done so) to me via this email:
- A photograph of yourself in Scout Uniform in head-gear (for us to print name cards and the booklet)
- Your T-shirt size (in alphabetical and numeric size)
- Balance payment/or in full for the HK Jamboree (by this Sat, 13 Nov)
- International Passport validity - six months from the date of our return date (your passport expiry date should be after 10 July 2011)
- For those guys who need to apply Exit Permit for your travel to HK, please do so online.
Do note that the next Contingent Meeting will be held on Saturday, 20 Nov at 10.30am at SSA HQ Level 2 Programme Room. Please be in full uniform.
Each member is required to start preparing a set of costume/or attire relating to your family roots. The costume/or attire will be used as part of the Jamboree's International Gatherings or as part of our group performance to signify our Singapore's unique multi-racial society.
